Fitness Transformer provides choreographed group fitness class routines. Currently, we have only one program which is Indoor Cycling Transformer or ICT.

ICT

Indoor Cycling Transformer is a cardio routine on a stationary bicycle, featuring a simulated variety of terrains coupled with time trials.

Every ICT routine has a goal and heart rate training is an unbeatable way to achieve it. The OOMPH system promotes a more complete approach to fitness by addressing CHALLENGE, FORCE, MISSION, REVIVAL, and STAMINA.

  • CHALLENGE (80% to 92% MHR)
    An opportunity to measure your progress.

  • FORCE (75% to 85% MHR)
    Builds your muscular strength, stamina and cardiovascular systems.

  • MISSION (65% to 92% MHR)
    Abruptly increasing and decreasing the heart rate by manipulating the intensity of the activity.

  • REVIVAL (50% to 65% MHR)
    Promote healing, and circulate oxygen to tired muscles, ligaments, tendons and other parts of the body after strenuous exercise.

  • STAMINA (65% to 75% MHR)
    A foundation that lays the groundwork to help you achieve your goals.

Fitness Transformers provides you every month with 5 new routines for the 5 different OOMPH zones. Each ride is essentially a PDF file. After placing the purchase order, you will receive your Ride(s) within 1 business day. Just choose an OOMPH Zone and then browse through the collection to select one that inspires you. Or simply pick the current month.
