We are not responsible for shipping damage: You should inspect the PACKAGE and MERCHANDISE carefully for any possible damage in transit. Should any damage be found for UPS shipment you must contact UPS within 5 business days at 800-742-5877 to file a claim. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with a claim. DO NOT return the package to US, as this may void your claim.
We accept returns only if they are returned to us within 3 days after they are received and they must be in the same condition and same packaging they were received in. Items returned after 3 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund or pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
