Hermida Audio ships to both U.S. and International addresses only through the U.S. Postal Service.

 

Payment

Hermida Audio accepts payments via PayPal only. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during checkout.

Return the Pedal(s) for a Refund

You may test the effects pedals for up to 5 days and return the unit(s) for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us before shipping with item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s). Speaker cabinets are custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

 

Hermida Audio Technology Limited Warranty

Manufacturer warrants unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage due to misuse, alteration or incorrect power supply. During the warranty period, Hermida Audio will repair or replace unit free of charge. If you believe there is a problem, please review the following steps before returning the units:

First, it is important to review our Troubleshooting Guide. Many common issues are addressed in this document.

If you are unable to find a solution via the Troubleshooting Guide, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue and telephone number(s). Hermida Audio will contact you and recommend a solution as soon as possible.

When the issue cannot be resolved via telephone, Hermida Audio will advise that the unit be repaired or replaced. Information about how to return your product(s) will be provided during the telephone support call. The turnaround time for repairs is generally 10 days.

 

Please note that alteration of the pedal by any parties outside of Hermida Audio will void all warranties.  

After the warranty period expires, repairs are performed for a fee. Please contact us for more information about repairs outside the limited warranty period.
