This beautiful dress is prefect for dress up at home or for a special occasion. Included is the simply adorable hat that clips on the hair. This is a size 4 dress with measurements as follows: 24'' chest/waist 34'' legnth from neck to hem 10.5'' from shoulder to waist The back closes with zipper. ***Note: The fabric for the sash is a little thick and a bow is hard to tie. I used a rubberband to make the bow. It's also very pretty to just drape one side of the sash over the other and let it hang.***
