Condition: This rare vintage book is in good condition! The outside cover and spine show expected signs of age, having been made 78 years ago. The binding is firmly intact but you are able to see the binding on the inside of the back cover. Inside the front cover, there is a small name and address sticker from a previous owner, and a pencil marking a price on the first page- but there is nothing on that page- a beautiful map covers the next two pages. All of the pages, including the map before the title page, are in wonderful condition- they have no markings or tears, only a slight natural aged yellowing of the edges.
