SMART Data Collection is a manual designed by special education teachers to make it easier to substantiate the goals and objectives of K-5 Individual Education Plans (IEPs).  This manual has goals and objectives covering virtually every area of K-5 curricula that can be used in the IEPs of individual students.  Supporting each objective are replicable assessment tools and recording charts for measuring and tracking progress.
