If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the rug back within 7 days of receipt. we would refund the full purchase price less a 15% restocking,It would be the buyer's responsibility to return the rug to our Warehouse. You must contact our customer service department  via email to receive a(return authorization number) before returning any item.
