and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
USABulbStore will use your e-mail address only to send verification of your
purchase or to notify you if a product is on back order. Your telephone number
is used only if we have a question about your order and need to reach you
quickly about your order.
We NEVER sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any
outside companies.
Shipping
USABulbStore utilizes the services of United Parcel Service and/or FedEx as a
method of shipping.
Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 24 hours during business days.
Sometimes order shipments may be delayed due to the payment clearance process.
Returns & Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by email to
support@usabulbstore.com
Returns, DOA or short shipments must be reported within 10 days of shipment of
your order.
We will accept returns only with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us for
items which was manufacturer defective or DOA.
Returned products will be carefully inspected and the item should be returned in
its original condition for a full refund less shipping (we only refund shipping
costs if the return is the result of our error).
There will be a 15% restocking fee apply on all return items due to other
reasons like dissatisfaction.
TAX
An 8.625% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to NY. If an item is
subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally
calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including
shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less
any applicable discounts - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit
card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in
your order confirmation notification.
