Returns
We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase.  Our return policy is simple: You may return any item purchased on-line from By-the-Bay within thirty (30) days for exchange or refund (less shipping charges), provided the item is unused and in saleable condition, and you have your dated purchase receipt.  If your purchase is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement item.

For your convenience and safety our on-line store accepts credit card payments through Google Checkout or Paypal.  We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.  These payment systems ensure that your purchase is safe and secure, and both provide buyer protection.  (See Google Checkout and Paypal for details.)

 

We also accept payment by check.  Please allow five days for funds to clear our bank before shipment.
