Payment and Shipping All payments are made using PayPal, for the safety and convenience of both the seller and the purchaser. Payments should be made within five business days of purchase (through Auction or Buy It Now option), otherwise the sale will be considered void and the item will be re-posted. Items will be shipped using USPS Standard Domestic/International mail. Other shipping and pick-up options are available on a case-by-case basis, although additional fees may apply. Returns All of my products are hand-made using natural materials, so some imperfections should be expected and should not be considered to render the product defective. Returns are accepted within seven business days. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees, and original shipping fees will not be returned. Refunds or exchanges will be send once the item has returned to the seller. Any questions should be directed to me by email I will do my best to answer all emails within two business days.
