Return Policy

Shipping info

1. We ship worldwide.
2. Most orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment.
3. Item(s) shipped from Taiwan by international air mail which signature is required, reach most of the countries approximately 7 to 18 days. Some shipments may take longer subject to your local customs authorities.
4. or some countries as Italy or South America, the shipping time may take about 4 to 8 weeks on account of strict customs inspection.
5. racking no. will be provided when item(s) dispatched.
6. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate. Item(s) will be sent to the buyer's address registered in PayPal ONLY. If the address is not correct, please make amendment before you pay. We are not responsible for undeliverable or wrong shipped address.
7. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses.
8. If you need to ship the item(s) by express delivery (Fedex or EMS), please contact us for shipping cost inquiries.
