Order(s) are usually shipped in 3-5 business day by UPS/FedEx ground, depending on location and weight. If we are out of stock on an item, we will either back order or cancel that item according to any special instructions entered with your order. You will receive a shipped confirmation e-mail, which will include your Tracking Number. To track your order, go to the carrier site at www.fedex.com or www.ups.com and enter tracking number. Upon receiving your order, please inspect package(s) thoroughly for damaged, missing or incorrect product. If you receive a damaged product, DO NOT accept the package(s). Immediately contact the shipper. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender.
Shipping and handling charges within the 48 contiguous states are calculated according to the dollar amount of your order and on most orders display during the checkout process. Our standard shipping method is UPS/FedEx Ground, which is available for U.S. addresses only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). These charges will not display during the checkout process. You will be contacted with the exact amount charged for shipping. Items shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are shipped by Air, and an extra shipping charge will apply. Applicable taxes & duty will be charged when due. We will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order.
No sales tax is charged or collected on orders shipped outside of California. Shipments within California are subject to local sales tax rates on order total, including shipping charges.
Please be honest about your return.
We will accept returns of new/unused resalable products within 30 days of the purchase date. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number prior to returning any product. Items returned without authorization will be refused and no credit will be given. The item(s) must be in the original resalable packaging. Must include original packaging, all documentation, manuals, accessories, etc. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. Restocking fee will be reviewed upon request.
