Shipping and Handling: We use Canada Post for shipping Products sourced from Canada and UPS for shipping products sourced from our warehouse in Florida, USA. The weights of the merchandise are listed on the website. We have a $2 handling per order (not piece ordered). We have a $5.00 handling on all Postal orders (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Military APO, FPO, AE). International Customers: We ship Electronics, Toys, Tools, Health & Beauty products from our warehouse in Tampa, Florida, USA. Products like Books, Jewelry, Paintings & Miscellaneous are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Canadian Customers: Following applies to orders going to Canada only: As per feedback from our Canadian customers, now we can ship by United States Postal Service(USPS) in addition to UPS for orders going to Canada at an additional charge. Pl. mention "SHIP BY USPS" under "COMMENTS" section if you wish to have items shipped by USPS (additional charges applies) instead of UPS. Depending on products and quantities ordered we will let you know additional applicable charges. FYI, additional charges is only applicable when Canadian customer wants to use USPS instead of UPS, Orders can still be shipped to canada by UPS if you like and you just pay shipping charges displayed during order process. Alternatively customers can get products shipped to their friends/relatives in USA who can ship merchandise to Canada by any preferred method.
