Waist will go to a 58 IN.Hips will go 58 to 60 inches.

It is 100% Rayon and washable

The vest is attached at the shoulders and comes around  to an adjustable tie.

This helps adjust the waist and bust and makes a nice bow in back.

The vest has dark buttons down the front accenting the color nicely.
