1.Will California Auto Performance price match?

Yes. We price match select SES Trims products. If you see the exact item at a lower price, we only ask that you e-mail us the live link to see if we are able to match it. You must have authorization from us before purchasing to receive the discount. Clearance products do not qualify. Offer is only good on authorized SES Trims dealers; no individual sellers.

 

2. I see better prices on another website? How do I get that price?

We will price match our competitors SES Trims prices, if the item is the same make, model and brand. If you have a doubt about the item you’re inquiring about, all we need is the live direct link and we will be glad to compare the items for you. Clearance products do not qualify. 3. Do you discount cost on multiple purchases?

Yes we do. Multiple items purchased at the same time may qualify for discounted rates. If you have a question about discounts please e-mail us. We will quote you a discounted cost within 24 hours.

 

4. How do I pay?

We accept paypal payments and listed credit cards. NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE. All international orders please include a contact phone number for customs.

 

5. How often do you ship and how long before I receive my tracking information?

We ship out items daily, Monday thru Friday, and most tracking numbers are added with 1-2 business days. Once your item is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number. UPS tracking numbers are active on www.ups.com, but may take up to 24hrs to become active. 8. How long does shipping take? Each order is unique. Once you have your tracking number you can visit the UPS web site and it will give you an estimated delivery date. Normal domestic shipping takes about 3-5 working days.
