In Continuation  of our 3D molds Here is our lovely circle a beautiful mold that will fit in any hand size easily, manufactured in our flex material which has a life span of 5 years of continuous daily production.

The advantages of our flex material are that it does not crack, has a high and low temperature tolerance and de-molds extremely easy. The molds can be used for glycerin as well as cold and hot process soaps. The viscosity of the CP or HP soap will effect the pour rate of the molds meaning thicker the liquid the longer it will take to fill the mold. We have incorporated special air holes on the sides of the main pour hole so that the spigot pour hole does not get blocked in the pouring process and slow it down. Since flex material makes a very sharp edge on the mold the contact point for the two halves leaves a very small line which can be scraped if desired.

When filling the mold you will need to fill to the top of the pour hole and tap to release the air bubbles and fill again and tap to make sure that all the air bubbles are released into the spigot which can be trimmed once the soap is de-molded.

We have tested the oval soap and it makes wonderful bar for washing hands for any hand size. We will be adding a rectangle, narrow oval and circular designs to the line very soon. Quantity price discounts are available and shown below unfortunately the discount has to be applied manually.

Please be aware that our flex material does not allow it to be run on automated machines however its ease of use and longevity makes it a perfect material for continuous production.
