If you do not receive your package within period of time as follow:
21 days for domestic shipments
60 days for shipments to Italy
45 days for shipments to all other international locations (including shipments from the US to Canada)
we will file insurance for your package and refund will be given after insurance is reimbursed which takes about 7-14 business days. We will e-mail you a claim form that buyer must complete then sign it and e-mail back to us. If you do not agree with these any of our terms policy, please e-mail us before purchase.
