Policies

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from when payment is received, unless changes need to be made to your item/s. If you need a piece altered, please allow 2 days to make the changes and get your order ready to ship. In the event of a custom-requested piece, turnaround depends on the availability of supplies, and whether or not I need to order anything. Please contact me if you are wanting to request a personalized item.

Orders are shipped standard USPS First-Class delivery with insurance and delivery conformation included in the stated shipping cost. If you need it rush delivered, please contact me with the delivery address and how fast the delivery is needed for a custom shipping quote, as expedited shipping is quoted at cost.

Custom Orders:

If you are thinking of requesting a custom piece for yourself or as a gift, please contact me at eldesigns@live.com. I will need a brief description of what you are looking for, if you have any preferred materials, and when you need the piece by. I will let you know if I am able to complete the item to those specifications, and also provide you with a price. If supplies need to be ordered, I will not do so until I receive the "go ahead" from you. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price is required when your order is accepted. Pictures will be available throughout the process so that you can see how the piece is coming, as well as give you the opportunity to request any changes.

Return/Refund Policy:

Refunds are allowed on pre-made merchandise within 60 days from the day you receive your piece. For custom pieces, I only allow refunds within 30 days of receipt if there has been an error. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within the above guidelines so that we can set up a resolution.

There is a "lifetime warranty" that comes with each piece I create. If something happens to the piece or you need it resized, simply contact me to receive return instructions and I will fix or replace it for free. Initial shipping to send the piece to me is the buyer's responsibility and must have insurance and delivery conformation. When I receive your item and make the changes, I will send back your piece in the same manner and refund the return shipping.
