Shipping: We ship to US and Canada only. Your orders will be delivered by UPS or USPS.
As we DO NOT mark up shipping costs, we will send you a paypal bill for shipping charges before your order is shipped. We don't believe we should profit from shipping charges like some companies. Because we cannot determine the ACTUAL shipping charges until we are ready to ship your order, we cannot add you shipping charges at time of checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it will probably save you money in the long run. Tax: We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping to Utah. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order. Return policy: We generally accept returns. However, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to receive a return authorization number prior to returning product. NO EXCEPTIONS! (return postage is responsibility of buyer, unless merchandise is defective, in which case, you will receive store credit only, and we will pay for shipping of same product to you, and the defective product back to us).
