Shipping Policy

The first pair will incur a $10.00 shipping charge; each additional pair is free per order at the time of purchase.  Purchase as many shoes as you like and never worry about excessive shipping charges.

Orders purchased separately, going to the same address, may be packaged and shipped together.  Call for assistance if you would like to add to your order. In some instances, it is possible to waive shipping charges on multiple orders prior to shipment.  Call to see if you qualify.  Shipping charges will not be waived on completed separate orders.  Once the order completes, the shipping charges stand.

Return Policy

Pre-Owned Merchandise Only:
Unless the item is grossly misrepresented, all sales are final on pre-owned merchandise. 

New Merchandise:
We are happy to accept your returns. All returned merchandise must be unworn and returned in the same condition as sold. We keep additional photos on file.  If you would like to see the shoes at more angles, please feel free to email us anytime at girlfriday911@gmail.com and you will be provided with photos that offer additional views, if available.  If you would like an exchange, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.  We are happy to arrange an advance exchange for you.

You must receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) for all returns.  Please include the invoice with the return, print the RMA# on the invoice, and print the RMA# on the address label.  Items returned without an RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused.  

Shipping charges are neither refunded nor reimbursed, except for in the cases of advance exchanges.  You are responsible for insurance and shipping charges to return items to us.  We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, you must pay for insurance.
