It should fit any W124 chassis Mercedes sedan from 1986 - 1983. This includes any 260E, 300E, 400E, or 500E from those model years. This item has two chips on it as you can see. One is at the top and one is at the bottom. It is an original Mercedes part and fits perfectly, it is not an aftermarket lens assembly.
