We strive to be a good seller on eBay. however, we are not perfect though and do make mistakes. If you are not happy with a transaction, please let us know BEFORE negative feedback is left so we can work on resolving the situation. If a negative feedback is left and we didn't even know there was a problem, how were we suppose to fix it?? We do our very best to make sure my buyers are happy with their items. We typically try to ship the next business day after payment has been received but shipping is always done within 2 business days. Tracking numbers are provided to you through in email by paypal if you live in the US. Please remember that shipping outside of the US and APO addresses does take longer.
