because of Ebay's new rules to not allow us to offer insurance we have decided to include insurance on all breakable packages going out. We have added $1.00 to the handling fee to offset this cost to us. Even though it will cost another $1 higher, you will have piece of mind that all packages will be insured.

Also while leaving feed back remember we do not overcharge it is the post office . We have been getting hit on the handling charges look up the prices at the post office these are high. If you ever bought shipping supplies and mailed out things you will see we lose money on shipping constantly. We try to describe our items to the best of our abilities. However we do miss some things due to the volume of business we do. If you find that you are not satisfied with the product due to it not being as described, you can return it, the same we sent it, for a full refund.
On our Carnival glass, these always have straw marks and slight imperfections. I have yet to see a truly perfect one. We will try to point out all of these to the best of our abilities.
We buy alot of our items at auctions. Keep that in mind when buying. I do not know if they were smokers or was sitting in attic for years. There might be a smell to it. I will try to say when I smell an odor, but my sniffer dosent work great all the time and may miss some.
If you receive an item and it arrives damaged, you must notify us immediatly so we can get the claim process started. It can take up to 30 days to receive monies. You must keep the item and all original packaging until monies are refunded. Sometimes the insurance carrier wants the item and other times they don't. We refund you as soon as they are paid by the carrier. We have only had to do this twice in a long time but they both went smoothly.
As you can see by our feedback we try our very best to make this an enjoyable purchase for both you and us. Communication is the best form of resolving problems. We always leave feedback once feedback is received for us.
You can return your item within 7 Days of Receipt for a refund if the item is not as described. Alot of people are returning just because they paid to much or they decided they don't want it. This is costing us alot of money. We do make mistakes in listing so if it was not as described that is our fault and we will refund you.
We buy mostly from estate auctions. we don't believe in making a huge profit off every item. We believe in moving product. Alot of times auctions are started lower than what we paid for the item. we believe in passing the good deal off to you.
