WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY: · We offer up to 30 days replacement warranty. · We are not responsible for item incompatibility. · No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without a RMA (Return Material Authorization). · Items returned without RMA may be refused and send back to the sender. · No RMA will be issued for defects or shortages reported more than 14 days after receive of the item. · After receiving of a RMA number, if we do not receive the item within 15 days for domestic purchases or 30 days for international purchases, we will no longer issue a refund for the item purchased. · Full refund (including shipping and handling charge) will only be issued for defective, damaged, or misrepresented item upon arrival within 5 days after receive of the item. · Item refund (not including shipping and handling charges) will be issued for items that are not up to satisfactory of the buyer. · We do not provide the return shipping fee or issue a return label for the item's return. · You cannot return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item. · For refund transactions will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
