Intertronix reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. OUR LEGAL NOTICE As intertronix has no control over the use of our products and since therefore any product is / can be open to possible misuse, we intertronix will under no circumstances be liable for any actual and/or consequential damage of any kind to; property or persons, expenses, or loss arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Before committing to a purchase, please test our products by requesting a free sample pack. ABOUT OUR ADHESIVES We caution that the adhesives used in most of our products are permanent in nature. After labels have cured in place they are very difficult to remove and will almost always leave an acrylic or rubber based adhesive residue behind after removal. In the case of the NON-RESIDUE labels, we guarantee that the product will not leave any residue or chemical compound behind the applied surface after removal. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! Your satisfaction is important to us! We take great measures to ensure that you receive high quality products at the best available prices and the correct item to fit your needs. However, if you ever have the need to return a product, we will gladly accept your return subject to the terms stated below. Simply call us at: (619)743-0813 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday-Friday to arrange for a return or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Products can be returned for exchange or a full refund of the invoiced price of the product, less any discounts, within 30 days of the original shipment date. Returns must be requested within 25 days of the products receipt. After 30 days, returns are not acceptable. All unused products must be returned in original package. Shipping charges are refundable at the same rate when purchased. All returns are subject to inspection. All orders cancelled or refused will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges once shipment has been made. Any damage to a shipped item, must be reported immediately to the freight company and provide them with a tracking number. You must also call us to provide us with the control number of the claim. Intertronix is not responsible for color variations from lot to lot on the products we manufacture. WARRANTIES Products found to be defective will be accepted for replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. Damaged or misused products are neither guaranteed nor warranted. SHIPPING Intertronix does not guarantee delivery schedules by carriers such as Federal Express, UPS, DHL or the USPS Mail. No credits will be issued on a late delivery. Freight exceeding 65 Lbs will be dropped off at the location but limited to the first floor. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The maximum liability of intertronix will not exceed the actual (total) purchase price / value of the product. Intertronix will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages. Jurisdiction and venue for handling of disputes arising in connection with the sale of our products. You agree that any legal action brought against intertronix shall be governed by local law and the legal system of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on intertronix and JIGS Inc. companies sites shall be located in California, United States of America.
