Refunds

We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with the quality of our products. However, we know that jewelry can sometimes be difficult to match, so we are happy to accept returns. To do so, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Without this number, we cannot accept any returns. Once we receive your authorized return, we will immediately refund you with the full price of the item, less shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at info@bumblebeelinens.com.


Privacy

Island Filigree cares about your privacy, and will in no way ever share any customer information, or use your e-mail for spam. Island Filigree currently uses Paypal, which means all your credit card data go only through Paypal. We do not store any credit card information on our server.
