This brand new (with tag) necklace was part of 1928's core catalog of Jet/Blue costume jewelry.  It features a pendant with blue austrian crystals and blue faux pearl drops, set in black-hued metal, hung from a shimmery blue ribbon.  This style has been discontinued and is very hard to find. 

Please note photo is not to scale - pendant is approximately 1 3/4" long from bail to lowest drop, and 1/2" across at widest point.
