All goods are usually despatched within the timeframes and for the rare instance of delays, the customer will be well informed of the despatch date and expected arrival date. DELIVERY DELAYS

Royal Mail has a policy on delivery delays, damage and loss and a key extract from it reads, “Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before contacting us as we would not consider any item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed.
