We ship to the US only.  Your orders will be delivered using your choice from the available carriers.

We do not collect sales tax, except for order shipping in our state:  NJ.  Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. This is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted especially with designer toys. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy. Thanks!

Damaged Goods Return Policy

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. You must contact kid@heart within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting kid@heart in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to kidatheartny@gmail.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
