U.S. Domestic Shipping

• All U.S. product orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from California.
• Process and handling time for U.S. orders is 1-2 days.
• Upon shipment, a USPS delivery tracking number will be e-mailed to the buyer.
• Shipping insurance is optional.

Special Flat Rate Shipping Rates for U.S. Orders: $12.85

• Order 4-14 Small Items (120gm/4.23oz-145gm/5.1oz)
• Order 3-10 Medium Items (265gm/9.3oz)
• Order 2-5 Large Items (665gm/23.5oz)

* To receive the special flat rate shipping rates, orders must be based on one of the above three options. You may place your order, complete the checkout process (Pay Now) and then please wait to receive an adjusted invoice prior to paying via PayPal.

** For larger/mixed quantities of items, please request a shipping quote before ordering as there may be additional cost effective shipping options available from the USPS. Please state product type/size, quantity and zip code.

International Shipping

• All International product orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International from California.
• Process and handling time for International orders is 1-3 days.
• Upon shipment, a USPS delivery tracking number will be e-mailed to you, the buyer.
• For International orders, you may use the automated shipping calculator, however, feel free to request a shipping quote before ordering as there may be a more cost effective shipping rate available. Please state product type/size, quantity, city, postal/zip code and country.
• Shipping insurance is included.
• International orders may be subject to taxes, customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Note that these fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid upon delivery to receive your package. If these fees are not paid, the order will be “forfeited” by the recipient and no credit will be made for the order. You should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order. As these fees are not charged by Kisna Foods, we are not able to refund any costs you are charged.

*** Shipping rates are determined by weight and automatically calculated in real-time, based on the most current shipping rate tables published by the USPS.

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

PayPal
You can pay via your PayPal account or, if you don't have an account, you may also pay with your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, or via e-check.

We guarantee that any purchase you make from the Kisna Foods website will be 100% safe. To ensure payment safety, we only accept payment via Paypal. Once you have placed your order, the payment process will be transferred directly to Paypal homepage and completed through PayPal's secure payment process. Since we use Paypal for our payment processing, Kisna Foods does not have access to your credit card information.

Returns/Refunds

All items sold are final sales.

Returns will be accepted if an incorrect item has been shipped. If an incorrect product was shipped, Kisna Foods will reimburse buyer for return shipping. Open items cannot be returned. Buyer must notify within 3 days of receiving item(s).

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellations should be sent via e-mail and contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
