Policies

Payment: We accept credit card payments only through PayPal checkout system at the time of purchase, which would provide the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment and quick settlement of your bill. Please be advised that payments with checks or money orders would not be accepted. If your payment is not received within 7 days of an item being purchased, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping:
For deliveries within US, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail that provides the package would reach its destination in 2-3 days. Orders are shipped within three business days after payment is received, and tracking information is provided.  For orders outside US addresses please read the International Orders (*) section below.

Sales Tax:
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

Return Policy: Our primary concern is your complete satisfaction with our products. If you think the item was grossly misrepresented or arrived damaged, please communicate with us about your dissatisfaction and have a return authorization slip issued before returning the item. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving it. The buyer is responsible for postage and insurance on returns. To be eligible for a refund, the item must have a return authorization slip issued, and also be in unused condition, free of odors (cigarette, perfume, etc.), and with all original tags and labels still attached. Otherwise, please be advised there will be no refund if the item was used or the original tags/labels were detached. For domestic orders shipped to US addresses, full refund of the item’s purchase price (excluding the shipping cost) will be processed through the original method of payment. For orders outside US addresses please read the International Orders (*) section below.

(*) International Orders:  For International deliveries, a part of the shipment fees must be paid by the buyer and added to the item price at the time of purchase. Please contact us via an email before making a purchase, so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote. 

We would normally ship an item via USPS First Class International Mail, and shipping would not include insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade to Priority Mail International (PMI) service (the cost of this can be quite prohibitive), please contact us prior to completing the payment process.

International customers are also responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries (i.e.: all taxes, tariffs, customs fees etc.). Please check your import regulations before ordering.

Please also be advised, the international orders are a final sale. Due to customs procedures and other inconveniences, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.
