Return & Refund Policy:

1.To request returns of your order please e-mail a request along with your order number to

2.All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).

3.All merchandise must return unused within 14 days of receipt. 20% or $5.00 Restocking fee will be applied.

4.All Shipping/Handleing fee is non-refundable.

5.Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

6.All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

7.If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
