In the event that the customer orders an item and it is currently unavailable and/or no longer exists, our company will notify the customer as soon as possible. Then it is up to the customer to whether or not he/she would like the rest of the order to be processed. If the customer decides not to complete that order, it will be cancelled immediately and payment shall be reimbursed. However, if the customer does wish to complete the order, our company will ship all available items on the order. Our company relies on our distributors to replenish our stock of merchandise and therefore cannot be held responsible for the length of time it will take to ship an item that is currently unavailable. Therefore, if a customer decides to leave an item ordered as pending, he/she agrees that our company cannot guarantee the delivery time of that item and thereby our company cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

An order can only be cancelled before already being paid for. Refunds will only be granted if the merchandise received by the customer is opened, damaged, and/or is not the product that was ordered by the customer. If the product should be damaged upon receipt, the customer must obtain a written statement and confirmation letter from the party responsible for the delivery. The customer must then notify our company and submit these documents as proof of damage in order to process a refund. In this case we can exchange for same exact item only. We do not give back money in any made order.
