WE ARE CLEANING OUT OUR STORAGE BUILDING AND I WILL BE LISTING SEVERAL BOXES OF BOOKS, SOME NEW, SOME OLD, SOME HISTORY, SOME ROMANCE, SOME MYSTERY, SOME COOKBOOKS.  I LOVE BOOKS, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO RENT A STORAGE BUILDING TO HOLD ALL YOUR BOOKS, THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.  SO I'M GOING THROUGH THE BOXES AND SORTING OUT.

PAYMENT:  Payment is expected within 7 days after the closing of the auction.  We accept Paypal only... Ebay's rules.   

 

 SHIPPING:  All items shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number or Tracking number.   These numbers are proof the package has been shipped.   I will gladly provide you with these numbers so  you can track your package through the UPS or the Post Office (usps.com) websites. 

ONCE ITEMS LEAVE OUR HANDS, WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THEM.

 

Our shipping costs include the actual cost of the postage and and materials used to protect the item (ie.. Bubble wrap, peanuts, padded envelopes).  I do try to recycle boxes and envelopes when possible, which helps reduce shipping costs. 

 

INSURANCE:   Insurance is optional and is never automatically included in the shipping costs.  We strongly encourage insurance on fragile items. 

WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR HANDS.

 

REFUND POLICY:   We gladly work with bidders on issues concerning the items we offer.  If the items are not as described, let me know and upon accepting the return, we will refund you bid amount.  We hope you will understand that the actual shipping is an expense paid to a separate entity, not me, and cannot be refunded. 

 

FEEDBACK:   PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE FEEDBACK.   We ask for the resolution of any differences before leaving feedback.  We will gladly work with you on any issue, if you work with us.  However, we do not suffer  “non-paying” bidders well at all.   Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders.  I'm sorry but because of irresponsible bidders, we no longer accept “excuses” for extended delays or non-payment.  Please note this is not a smoke free home.  If this is offensive to you, please don't bid on my items.  Although I make every effort to refresh items, I won't want to offend anyone.  Please read the description, questions and revisions carefully and examine the pictures before you bid.
