All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the products providing you find them defective, damaged or faulty due to our mistake caused unconsiously, we will arrange exchange for free. If you want to exchange for other different products, we will refund you any over-payment or require a supplemental payment for any deficiency according to the actual prices of the products.

Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the products providing you need to return or exchange for any personal reason，you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, if you want to get refund, we will take $10 for each item off your refund after receiving the returning parcel and your refund will be returned to your paypal account with 1-3 working days after receiving your returned products.
