Policies
1. For returns all customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt at sale4you123@gmail.com. Please fill it out as completely as possible and send the form along with the returned package back to us.
2. In spite of the issue, customer's item must be returned to our facility (with the RETURN ORDER FORM) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RETURN ORDER FORM your claim will not by process.
3. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund ( Paypal), or a replacement with no additional cost. If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. Sale 4 You A Plus reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
4. Sale 4 You A Plus will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
5. U.S. bidders only. We only ship within the Continental USA.
