New flutter chiffon tunic blouse dress with elastic waist and draped neckline. Comfortable, loose fit, this dress has lining in the skirt section, but the top part is unlined and more sheer. No zippers or buttons, this is a pull-over style and very breezy. I have dove grey and cream chiffon. All are made about a medium size and include side belt loops that are 1 3/4" wide and rest just slightly above the elastic waist. Belt and jewellery in photo not included.
Length 34" (86.5cm) Bust can accommodate up to 38" *96.5cm) Elastic waist comfortably stretches to 30" can stretch to 32" if needed.
