Every garment is thoroughly & carefully inspected, cleaned and repairs are made when possible. We do everything we can to ensure a well cared for garment. However, due to the ageing of vintage fabric, please be aware that fading, discolorations and yellowing may occur. All other flaws are clearly indicated in descriptions and/or photographs. All of our prices are in US dollars. If paying by money order or certified personal cheque, you may request conversion into Canadian dollars. Please email us for the current days' rate.
Our layaway plan is easy! A 25% deposit is required to hold item(s). You choose 30 or 45 days to pay the balance in full. No refunds are given if balance is not paid in full. Please email us with the items you wish to layaway and an invoice will be sent via Paypal for the first deposit. Payments can be made through Paypal with any major credit card or using your Paypal account. Alternatively, call our customer service telephone 1-416-237-1231 and we can take Visa or Mastercard over the phone.
We now offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more to Canada & USA. Shipping charges will be credited back within 24 hours after checkout, so please proceed with regular checkout.
International shipping rates are very reasonable and are stated on each item page at the bottom. Shipping discounts of 20% are applied to 2 or more items in your international shopping cart. Feel free to email us for even better rates! All shipments are sent via Canada Post, or Fedex standard surface shipping. Express and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. International destinations are only expedited by air and insurance is included. We include insurance on all shipping transactions. Please note: We are located in CANADA. TRACKING Detailed tracking information is only provided for Express, Fedex or UPS shipping. Standard shipping has limited tracking information. Don't worry, we have not lost a package yet! If you wish shipping via your UPS or Fedex account, please email us prior to your purchase and include your account number.
Free delivery is available to customers within the Greater Toronto area. Please email us to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
Items can and do get lost in the mail!
Refunds will be given for items lost in shipping only if the tracking information provided confirms non receipt of item(s). We ship via Canada Post. If you wish to use an alternate carrier, please advise.
Cross border & international orders may incur customs fees & import duties. Buyer is responsible for these costs. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on what these costs may be as they vary greatly from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you have further inquiries.
