In order to offer a large selection and keep prices at near wholesale, we do not stock gowns. Every gown is ordered to custom fit your measurements, or can be made to fit a normal US size.
You will have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that, your dress will be in the early stages of creation and we won't be able to cancel any orders.
If for some reason, you do not like your gown, and your complaint is very plausible, you may return, or exchange your gown. But you must make a decision on your gown/ item one week after delivery. After that, we are not required to return or exchange any item.
This is unfortunately due to brides wearing the gown on the wedding day, and wanting a full refund because they "did not like the gown." Or "the gown was made poorly." Some brides will make any excuse to opt for a free gown. We understand that there are serious problems that can occur to the gown. But let us assure you, we check ALL of our products before they get shipped off. We ONLY order from the suppliers that have proven themselves, by supplying us with excellent service and quality wedding gowns. If an item comes in defective, then we will notify you right away, and let you know the wait, and options. We have a seamstress ready to fix any problems.
