Located in America's Heartland, the Teddy Bear Facelifts Hospital is nestled in Mutton Hollow on the outskirts of Janesville, Iowa.  All of our patients receive the utmost personal attention and loving care.

The hospital is in a SMOKE-FREE environment.

Upon arrival, all bears and animals are treated to a two week hibernation sleep in the deep freeze to eliminate any moth eggs or unwanted creatures.
All animals will then spend a day at the Teddy Bear Facelifts SPA receiving a relaxing bubble bath treatment and cleansing.
Then your animals are thoroughly inspected and all necessary repairs and materials are listed to insure everything is ready for surgery day.

All treatments and surgeries are guaranteed non-painful, no anesthetics or painkillers are used.  Your animal is conscious throughout the process.

After surgery, all animals are brushed and fluffed and packed safely for their return trip home.

To receive an estimate, please purchase the Estimate Charge Item.  We will send you a PayPal invoice which must be paid before we begin to evaluate the animal.  Remember, our estimate fee is non-refundable.

If you know you want to have your animal taken care of at Teddy Bear Facelifts, you can mail your animal here directly for the estimate process.

Please include photos showing all sides of your teddy bear or animal.  Clear, well lit, close-up photos of problem areas are important to ensuring an accurate quote.

Our estimates are thorough and complete, however, the actual charges may vary, based on the ACTUAL amount of effort and material required to complete the work.  Shipping charges to deliver your animal back to you will be determined after your item arrives here so that weight and size requirements for packing can be established.  When your animal arrives at Teddy Bear Facelifts, the original estimate will be reviewed immediately and you will be notified of any changes to the final cost plus the return shipping charge.  Sometimes photos make problem areas look worse then they really are, or they can mask the severity of problems.  Charges can range anywhere from $40 to $1500 depending on the size of bear or animal and amount of materials and surgeries to be performed.

Return shipping is made via USPS Priority Insured Mail.  All items valued over $250 require SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.  Please provide your bear or animal's value when placing order for services.

Once you have given written approval of the estimate via email or written mail, the $25.00 estimate charge is applied towards the total invoice.

If you do not agree to the estimate and wish NOT to send your animal for repairs, the $25.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE.  You will be billed for return shipping charges, and the animal will be returned when the invoice is paid.

After approval of estimate, an invoice for 50% down payment is due immediately, payable via PayPal.  You will be sent an invoice via PayPal.  Work will commence when this payment is received.

When surgery date is near, you will be notified and sent an invoice via PayPal for the remaining 50% due, payable immediately before surgery will be performed and before animal will be discharged from Teddy Bear Facelifts.

ABANDONED GOODS:
If an owner fails to make the final payment for services performed within 8 weeks of first payment request and fails to respond to communications, Teddy Bears or Animals will be considered abandoned and become the property of Teddy Bear Facelifts.
