Landscape Design Advisor is held harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, losses or expenses arising out of any claim, demand, or action by client or a third party arising out of any breach of network member's responsibilities or obligations, representations or warranties.

Full refund will be given only when customer contact has failed to be established after repeated attempts have been made over a 10 day period by network member. All incidents will be verified by Landscape Design Advisor before refunds can be issued.
