Shipping: We ship to Greater Vancouver area only and offer free delivery to Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Surrey ($9.00 shipping & handling fee for other areas in Great Vancouver).

Return policy: If there is a problem with quality, cartridges more than 75% full can be replaced or the total price refunded. Cartridges less than 75% full will have 50% of the cartridge price charged for a replacement or refund.
Warranty: 180 days warranty is applied to items purchased from Uways and any request made after the warranty has expired will not be fulfilled. The warranty starts from the original shipping date.
Warranty for any replacement item(s) is continued from the original warranty and does not start anew.
