Shipping: I use USPS as my primary shipper. If you request shipping insurance please note that the cost of the insurance will be added to the shipping fee. I don't require shipping insurance but I advise you to get it for any "fragile" or "delicate" items. Payment: I use and prefer Google Checkout but also can offer other alternative payment methods. Please Note: All payments regardless of the method must clear before shipment of item is executed. Handling Time: Items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Shipments will usually be done on Fridays or Saturdays; exceptions to this can occur on time sensitive items or if a holiday occurs around the normal handling schedule. If you need an item shipped quickly (e.g. Overnight Express) I will try to accommodate your request. Returns & Refunds: Notification within24 hours of receipt of product if there is an issue with described item. If notification is not received within the time frame then sale is final.
