U. S. Ironmongers's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our on-line customers total satisfaction, just as they visited our Baltimore store.  We do not use drop shippers.  All of our products advertised are in stock and shipped directly from our retail store.  Although we strive to provide a detailed descriptive text and clear photographs, we realize on-line customers may need additional information.
