This is our finest 9/16"wide V Parting Wood Turning Chisel produced in High Speed English Tool Steel. This 16.5" long Turning Chisel is based on the Marples (Sheffield, England) model produced in the 1950's, right down to the 10" turned ash handle, 6.5" blade, and heavy brass furrel.  The Chisel you will receive has a 55 degree point, and will be heavily lacquer coated and ready for use.  This tool is offered for sale individually for those wanting to add on to their collection, but is the same as the one included in our set of eight.  An outstanding professional HSS Turning Tool offered for sale as shown and described, fit for the turner who demands the best.
