WATCHFACTORY.COM STORE POLICIESRETURN POLICY-New Watches: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order, no explanation is needed. Our only requirement is that the item be new and unworn, and have all the materials, box, instructions, tickets etc. included. Normally, the amount we charge you for freight (outbound) is non-refundable (unless our mistake caused the problem). You would also be responsible for return shipping costs and any insurance you select. Before returning item(s) you need to contact us at email@example.com or 201-355-0525 before sending, to receive an R/A number. Items returned without an R/A number may be refused by our receiving department. You will need to photocopy the packing invoice and write the R/A number on it. Include it inside the carton and please write the same R/A # on the outside of the carton with a bold pen or thin Magic Marker. Once received, It generally takes 3-5 business days to process your return. Note, please ship by traceable method only. If you do not insure the parcel and it is lost in transit, there will be no way to recover its value.
If the watch arrived damaged or defective, you may request a replacement. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the availability of a replacement in all cases. You may also request that we attempt to repair the watch and return it to you, rather than issue a refund. We ask that you communicate with us, so that we can find the best mutual solution.
Used Watches: If you have used your watch, we can not issue a credit or refund. Federal and state regulations prohibit us from re-selling a used watch as new. If the watch fails to perform correctly, follow the instructions in your warranty for service. If you lost the warranty card, in most cases, we can replace the card, or e-mail the information necessary. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: If in our assessment, the above instructions have not been followed, we may have to ship back an item rather than issue a refund. We reserve the right to make the final decision on questions arising from the above instructions.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Because we do not accept international credit cards or other forms of payment, we can only ship to and process orders for addresses in the United States. We are sorry for any inconvenience to international shoppers.
TAXES: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of New Jersey. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.
