PAYMENT
METHODS
We
accept Paypal, money order, and personal check. Please note that
items will not be shipped and special orders will not be placed until
payment has been received and personal checks, if applicable, have
cleared.
SHIPPING
We
typically ship orders within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Special or back ordered items will be shipped within 2 business days
of our receiving the item(s). We will ship all but the special order
or back ordered items. However, if you prefer, we will hold your
entire order and ship when complete. Please specify this preference
when making your order.
We
only charge you actual cost to ship your order. Your order will
be delivered using your choice from the available carriers. We often
us the United States Post Office flat rate shipping boxes. We fit as
much in the box as possible without risking damage to the items in an
effort to keep shipping charges as low as possible.
Your
order is carefully packed, so that it is safe during shipping. When
shipping glass, a small handling charge will be assessed. This
charge is for the packaging materials used to protect the glass
during shipping.
International
buyers, please email prior to ordering to be sure we ship to your
country.
SALES
TAX
Weir
River Glass collects 6.25% sales tax on orders to Massachusetts. We
do not collect sales tax for any other state.
RETURNS
Your
order is checked carefully prior to shipping, but mistakes happen!
So, if you receive an item you feel is wrong or defective,
please call us immediately. If you did receive an incorrect or
defective item, we will pay for shipping that item both ways.
We are
not responsible for shipping items returned for other than our error
or defect. The customer can return the item; however, they must pay
for return shipping. No returns on any used merchandise.
SHIPPING
DAMAGE
If a
package shows evidence of damage, save the package and all packing
materials. Notify us, and we will file a claim with the carrier.
Please do not return items damaged during shipping prior to filing a
claim with the carrier.
