The WholesaleFreek is all about providing our customers with three things:

1. We source our products from the source.  Whether it's the manufacturer or the artisan, that's where you will find us working a deal!

   

2. We price our products competitively.  Notice we didn't say "cheap".  There is no end to other online resellers selling products that are left overs, old/out of style, or just plain not worth the price.  Our products have full warranties, full documentations and complete guarantees.
3. Support is a culture issue with us.  As consumers ourselves, we know what it feels like to be left hanging after dropping a hard earned dollar on a product in good faith ... only to find deficiencies or down right bad workmanship!  We will not do that to you. 

   In fact to ensure it never happens, we go way beyond great customer satisfaction. That said, the majority of our customers have never been in a position to test us in this area.  Customer satisfaction starts when we source our products!
