Return Policy
What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
You may return any item purchased from Zip Vitamins for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return your order, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and then mail your return back to us. To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address below with your RMA number marked on your return package. The warehouse personnel cannot accept packages without a RMA number.
How do I obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number?
Email us at support@zipvitamins.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your email, we will email you an authorization number and return instructions. Please include ALL of the following information:

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after the date of request. To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number within 14 days of the RMA request. Write the RMA number on the external package of your return so that it is visible and please send returns to:

Please note the following return terms:
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
- Only returns accompanied with a RMA number will be processed for refunds.
- For returns, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period
- We will not process or refund packages marked Return to Sender.
- Refunds will always be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
- Zip Vitamins reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning purchased merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
How long will it take to process returns?
After we receive your return, it generally takes 7-10 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank's billing and credit schedule.
Shipping: We ship to US only. Your orders will be delivered using your choice from the available carriers.
Tax: We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping in the state of Florida. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
