If you do not already have Dazzle by Endicia:
- Sign-up at Endicia
- Download and install Dazzle
To Print from the Shipping Data in Dazzle:
- Download the Vendio layout file here
Note: The browser should already use the name 'Vendio.lyt' when saving the file but you can change the filename if you want, you must though keep the extension ".lyt". You can put the file wherever you see fit, generally somewhere under the "My Documents" folder.
- Select the [File] -> [Open Layout] option from the menu bar
- Select the file "Vendio.lyt" from the directory into which you saved the Vendio layout file.
- Click on the [Layout] -> [Return Address...] option from the menu bar
- Edit the Return Address in the "Edit Return Address" pop-up window and press the [Ok] button
- Select the [File] -> [Print from] -> [External File...] option from the menu bar
- Navigate and find the import file (that you downloaded from Vendio).
- Select "Text, XML" from the "Files of Type" option.
- Select the "Open" button to begin the print process.
To add custom RubberStamps (optional feature in Dazzle):
- Select the [Insert] -> [RubberStamp...] option from the menu bar.
- In the RubberStamp pop-up window, click the checkbox next to "Link to Address List Fields"
- Select a RubberStamp from the downdown box. The following mapping are supported:
Rubber Stamp 1 = Seller Vendio User Name
Rubber Stamp 2 = Seller Email Address
Rubber Stamp 3 = Seller EBay ID
Rubber Stamp 4 = Buyer EBay ID
Rubber Stamp 5 = Buyer Email Address
- Click the [Ok] button
- Place the Rubber Stamp on the envelope
Note: When you place the rubber stamp on the envelop, it'll have the generic rubber stamp name (i.e. if you chose Rubber Stamp 1, it will say "Rubber Stamp 1". When you print from the exported file, the generic label will be replaced by the mapped value (i.e. for Rubber Stamp 1, the Seller Vendio User Name will be printed).
